Turn-key services
TriHawk Construction, LLC (TriHawk) focuses on providing its clients with turn-key projects. TriHawk provides the engineering and design, fabrication of steel frames for buildings and warehouses, and all construction services. We'll work with city officials to obtain construction permits, implement construction work plans (such as SWPPP), and ensure we are aligned with local, state, and federal regulations.
The approach is straight-forward. We concentrate on "Pre-Engineered" steel frame buildings and warehouses that range from 3,200 - 5,000 + square feet (SF). Our Steel frame buildings can be used for office space, retail lease space, and general warehouse space. Our clients work closely with our architectural group to design your building layout and floor space using TriHawk's "Pre-Engineered" Steel Frames (designed to IBC). All buildings are designed and built to your exact specifications. All steel frames, foundations, and paving will be sealed by a licensed professional engineer.
Once the engineering, architectural, and design phase is complete, TriHawk will work with the city to obtain all necessary construction permits, then progress into the construction phase.
